Bury C of E Primary School

PH Beck has an established working relationship with Bury C of E Primary School, having successfully delivered a range of building and refurbishment projects across the site over a number of years. The school continues to trust us with the upkeep and improvement of its learning environment, and our most recent instruction involved a complete internal refurbishment of one of its classrooms.

The scope of works was carefully planned to modernise the space while ensuring it remained safe, functional, and fit for daily use by pupils and staff. The project consisted of:

• Installation of a new suspended ceiling
• Laying of new carpets throughout
• Supply and fit of a new anti-finger trap pivot hinged, powder coated aluminium door, providing both improved safety and a clean, contemporary finish
• Installation of a new double-glazed window to improve thermal performance and natural light
• Creation of a new utility area, complete with fitted units and a heavy-duty sink suitable for classroom use
• A full electrical upgrade to bring the space in line with current standards
• Full internal redecoration to complete the refreshed look

The works were completed to a high standard, on programme, and with minimal disruption to the wider school environment. On completion, our Site Manager, Dave, was presented with a thank you card from the children, a lovely gesture that reflects the positive relationship our team has built with the school community throughout the works.
