Restore and glazing Replacement of Grade 2 listed building

Project brief:

A historical Brighton building has been severely damaged by inclement weather in 2014. PH Beck building contractors have been selected to carry out the following works:

Fully scaffold building
Remove the existing glazed roof
Replace all roof glazing with solar reflective glass
Replace all existing timber windows
Full internal redecoration

The project was carried out within the allocated timescale and within the Councils budget.
