Extension to and internal alterations and improvements to ground floor of traditional construction including removal of load bearing walls, re-arrangement of accommodation and alterations to mechanical and electrical services. Extension to existing car parking to front elevation.

The project was completed on the behalf of East Sussex County Council within agreed contract timescale and carefully adjusted price.
